Babe’s Chicken:

Serving (hands down) the best-fried chicken and the best banana pudding in town, Babe’s chicken is a family-owned restaurant, grandma’s recipes and friendly staff. With a super fun atmosphere and decorations, you can enjoy lunch and dinner there. Babe’s Arlington is located right next to the Arlington Music Hall, which opened in 1950 and still features the original theatre marquee. This is such a fun area to explore with the family and take pictures.

This is a vibrant entertainment center featuring a variety of restaurants, live music, cocktail bars & giant TVs. This is a MUST when visiting Arlington. You will find in the middle of two baseball stadiums the OLD and NEW Texas Rangers Stadium. You can also stay at the Loews Hotel and enjoy the amazing views.

El Rincón:

El Rincón is One of the best Mexican food places in Carrollton. El Rincon offers quality cocktails and delicious food. Try the Papo’s brisket or the Blackened Fish tacos. You’ll come back over and over just to eat those again. For cocktails try the Micheladas or margaritas. The key to el Rincón is the consistency with each visit, delivering the same delicious food, each time.
Lemma Coffee Roasters:

Lemma Coffee is a little shop located right off of the Carrollton square. While little, it’s proven to be a crowd worthy shop with its delicious sandwich options, my personal favorite being the ham sandwich since they add jalapeños, and savory coffee. My favorite drink, “The cheermeister latte” became popular December of 2019 earning its place officially in the coffee shop as now the Lemma Latte and it’s definitely a crowd favorite.
Hon Sushi:
1902 E Belt Line Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006
Hon Sushi is definitely a mom and pop location. Serving some of the most underrated delicious food. You would almost miss it since its located on a strip of stores, but once you try the food, it will be one of your favorite sushi places. From 11:00-2:30 you can order off the Lunch special menu which includes your Misu Soup. My favorite specialty roll is the “Ángel Hair.” If you enjoy fried Sushi, the “Crazy Roll” is delicious as well!

Fort Worth Stockyards:

The Fort Worth Stockyards are part of the historic district of Fort Worth. They provide different activities for the family, along with different stores and restaurants. Among the activities they have are: Rodeos, Cattle Drive and a Historic Stockyards guided walking tour which include a “Meet & Greet” with the Fort Worth Herd Drovers. My favorite restaurant in the Stock Yards has to be: Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que, they serve traditional Texas BBQ. I visited the stock yards with my family and ate at Cooper’s and it was definitely a good experience that now is an awesome memory of the place.
Fort Worth Zoo:

If you have kids and even if you don’t the Fort Worth zoo is always a must. With more than 7,000 animals the Fort Worth zoo is a magical experience, it has an awesome reptiles exhibition with exotic snakes. From penguins to giraffes that you can feed, the zoo is an awesome adventure, but I would recommend to visit on Fall or on Spring because you can see more animals and you’d be more comfortable with the weather.
Sundance Square:
The Sundance square has a beautiful space on my heart because when we moved to Texas that was the first place I visited and it literally feels so good walking the streets, visiting the stores, and going to the movies. We love going to breakfast dates on Yolk restaurant and when we go to dinner our favorite is Cantina Laredo where you can taste Latin food in a good environment. I also love going to Sundance square to create content because it has a lot of Instagram worthy scenes.
Frisco, Texas

The Star District:

The Star District is a Dallas Cowboys fan dream come true. Not only does it offer an incredible selection of restaurants and shopping, but it’s also home to the Ford Center, where the Dallas Cowboys train 355 days out of the year.
